1. Who is selling
The products on frankmuran.com are sold by Ievgenii Muran, Passeig de Garcia Fària 57-59, 9-1, 08019 Barcelona, Spain, NIE Y9490245E (“we”, “us”). “Frank Muran” and “Uncle Frank” are the author’s pen names. You can reach us at support@frankmuran.com.
These terms apply to every purchase made through this site. By clicking a buy button on the sales page and going to checkout you agree to them. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under the laws of your country.
2. What you are buying
Everything we sell is digital content delivered as downloadable files. There is no physical book and nothing is shipped.

The files open in any current PDF reader and in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages or LibreOffice. You need an internet connection to download them and a device that can open these formats.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page; we never see or store your card details. Stripe may show the price in your local currency, in which case the converted amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
Where VAT or sales tax applies to digital content in your country, it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Stripe emails you a receipt after payment.
The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment and you are sent to the download page.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate. After payment you are sent to a download page on this site where your files are available straight away. Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times per purchase. If you lose the page or use up the downloads, email us with your Stripe receipt and we will send the files again, at no charge.
If a file does not open or is damaged, tell us and we will replace it.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Important for buyers in the EU and UK. Consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has begun, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right to withdraw.
The notice under the buy buttons on the sales page says this in plain words. By clicking a buy button and completing payment you expressly request that the digital content be delivered to you immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Because the files are delivered the moment you pay, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described: in that case we will replace the file, and if we cannot, refund you.
If you believe you were charged in error, email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within 2 working days and can usually sort it out faster than a chargeback.
6. Your licence
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own work. You may:
- keep copies on your own devices and print the files for your own use;
- adapt the templates and scripts for your own workplace situations;
- quote short passages when discussing the book, with attribution.
You may not share, resell, publish, upload to shared drives or AI training sets, or otherwise distribute the files or substantial parts of them, whether or not for money. Each purchase is for one person. For team or company copies, email us for a group licence.

7. Not professional advice
The Scriptbook shares practical communication and workplace strategies based on the author’s professional experience. It is not legal, HR, medical or financial advice, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and the author. Workplaces differ, and no script can guarantee a particular outcome. For employment disputes, harassment, discrimination or any situation with legal consequences, consult a licensed employment lawyer or your local labour authority.
8. Liability
We are responsible for supplying the files as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss, lost earnings, or consequences of how you use the material at work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for faulty digital content supplied to consumers.
9. Promotional prices
When a price is shown struck through next to the current price, the struck-through figure is the product’s regular price, and the lower figure is a time-limited launch or promotional price. Where the law requires it, the reference price is the lowest price at which the product was sold in the 30 days before the promotion. The dates of a promotion are shown on the sales page.
10. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, email support@frankmuran.com with your receipt number and a short description. We reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request at the same address.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Consumers in Spain can also contact their municipal consumer office (OMIC), the consumer authority of their autonomous community, or use the Consumer Arbitration System (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo), a free out-of-court procedure.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a product or change a payment provider. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. The date at the top shows the latest update.
